When will my art arrive?
Recent lockdowns have impacted the timescales for production and delivery. We aim to produce and send framed art within 21 days from the date of order. We may extend this period to 28 days if we are required to procure bespoke framing.
Recent lockdowns have impacted the timescales for production and delivery. We aim to dispatch your order within 14 days from the date of purchase. Orders are placed before 1pm are usually processed the same day. Orders are sent for delivery on Monday-Friday 8am - 5:30pm as standard.
How can i track my order?
All framed pieces will be packaged and hand-delivered via courier directly to the buyers desired address. Buyers will receive an email & text confirming your artwork has been produced and is packaged to be despatched. We aim to delivery your art via our private courier in the next working day.
Orb is packaged and delivered via DPD courier directly to the buyers desired address. We use DPD courier to carry out all our UK mainland deliveries. DPD provides a one hour time slot delivery by text or email. All UK mainland deliveries are dispatched on a next working day service. Due to carrier restrictions, delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland will incur an additional charge and may take an extra day for delivery. Please select this delivery option when processing the order to avoid any delay.
You will receive an automated email & text confirming your package has been despatched to you, it should reach you next working day. You can also login to the DPD or Parcel Force websites enter your RC number and you should see the progress of your parcel.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
All shipping costs in UK mainland are included in the price of the framed art.
We request buyers from outside of the UK to email us before purchasing online at email@example.com. We require their full name, their desired art and location. Our sales manager will respond to your email within 48 hours with a quote. We charge an additional fee for shipping outside of the UK based on location, size and weight of the art.
Our orb product is currently only available in the UK. All shipping costs in the UK mainland are included in the price of the orb.
What is your returns policy?
We are proud to provide High Quality Premium product. Due to the diversity and size of our framed art and orbs, we do not pre-print or inventory any stock, so every piece is printed-on-demand and made for you. Since we do not warehouse or hold inventory, we are unable to accept returns and swap out one piece of art for another, so we cannot provide refunds, credits, or replacements except in the event of issues with the product or the print itself. Please rest assured your artwork will be fully insured and will arrive in perfect condition. If for any reason this is not the case please contact firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will rectify the situation immediately.
What if my framed art or orb arrives damaged?
In the rare case your order is delivered damaged or you notice a defect, let us know as soon as you have received your order and we will replace it for you right away.
1. Take a few photos showing the issue with your order and send them to us via email to email@example.com.
2. Please include your full name and order # as it appears on your order confirmation email. Also provide a brief summary of the issue.
Will i receive a refund?
We do not supply a refund for any works purchased, we will produce a replica of your order and send it out to you.
How will my product be packaged?
We have been creating, selling and delivering fine artworks for over 20 years. We will ensure that no matter where your artwork is being delivered that it will get there beautifully packaged and in perfect condition. It will be wrapped in a mixture of foam, cling wrap, bubble wrap and if necessary airbags and boxes.
